Moss Wig

I sometimes wish my hair turned to moss when I am not confident in my hair. I admire the way moss grows in wet conditions and sunlight, no flowers or seeds, and thrives through spores quietly and easily . Moss is very hardy and strong , I have seen it everywhere since I came to London. I've been bothered by hair quality issues, hair loss, having too little hair, hair length, hair style. I wish I had hair as strong as moss. This is where the idea of moss wig and moss girl came from. When I painted moss girl's face, she was sleeping with her eyes closed, because it shows that I had a beautiful and relaxed dream in which my hair turned into moss, and I no longer needed to be anxious and self conscious about my hair.
At the beginning of the design of moss wig, I planned to make it all with fabric, needle and thread and wool, because I have always been interested in textile. Also the false moss sewn and embroidered with fabrics and other materials is not gonna die one day . Immortality represents strong, and I always hope that my hair will be stronger. But in practice I found it took too much time and effort to make the whole wig with embroidery, and I also found that adding real moss made it more vivid and touching . So I gathered some moss and sewed it onto a wig cap.
